“Brain health IS health. While brain illness affects at least one-in-five individuals’ brains across their lifespan, brain health is about all of us.

The average individual now lives longer than ever before; however, our brains aren’t keeping up with our lifespans. The brain health choices we make today, from what we eat, to what we think, and how we interact with our environment could change our physical, mental, and cognitive health, for better or worse, now and in the future”… Dr. Peabody
